Punta Arenas

5月ぶりのプンタアレナスに到着しました。

プンタアレナスは南極への玄関口と呼ばれていて、探検家マゼランの銅像が建てられています。

マゼランの足を擦ると無事に帰ってこれるという言い伝えもあります。

今回は、20人ほどで羽田から乗りましたが、3人がロサンゼルスで乗り継ぎ失敗、10人以上がロストバゲージ。無事に荷物と共に生き残ったのは5人くらいでした。(運良く私は無事です)

出だしから大波乱。この先大丈夫かな。

そのため、マゼランの足をこすりまくりました。

I arrived in Punta Arenas where called entrance of Antarctica.

The city has statue of  Magellan who is explorer.

Legend has it that we have safety travel, when we touch a leg of this statue.

We started the travel from Haneda airport with 20 people, but 3 of them missed the flight, more than 10 of them lost baggage, so there are only 5 survivors with baggage including me.

Therefore, I touched the leg of Magellan many times many times…
